Lync stops working when trying to share desktop

If there is a complains about Lync which stop working when trying to share desktop:

Please try the following process:

-        

      Open the Control Panel

-       Search for “Performance Information and tools”

-       Click on "Adjust visual effects"

-       Untick "Enable desktop composition"
